That's right if you haven't heard Jordan will be releasing the Concord 11s this December! For all you Jordan heads out there you know he's been re-releasing a pair or 11s every December since 2008 (Bred -08,Space Jams-09, & Cool Greys-10). They haven't confirmed a date but its a high anticpated release.

This is one of my favorite sneakers of all time, and even though I don't really like getting the retro pairs of Jordans that come out nowadays I might have to buy these. I hope they look and feel exactly how the 11's are that came in the Defining Moments package.
I have friends that are all into this Jordan thing, and I never really understood it. Why spend all this money on a pair of sneakers just because its a fad.? All throughout High School the "popular" kids were the ones who wore Jordan’s, and if you didn’t have a pair you were considered "wack" or not part of the "cool crowd". A pair of Jordan’s run as high as 200+. Which is equivalent to getting 2 or 3 pairs of OTHER good brand sneakers. I can say, I do commend Jordan, on the great sale gimmick. There are about 24 pairs of standard Jordans that have been marketed since Michael Jordan himself was playing basketball. When released these sneakers range from 60$ to 200$ depending on size. So, that’s 24 sneakers in various colors since 1985, and recently they have started
re-releasing the same sneakers from years ago, for higher prices and people actually camp out in front of stores, and even pay extra money just to get them a couple of days before they actually come out. I think its purely insane. The way I see it is, they're JUST SNEAKERS, but to many other its part of their culture.
